MISSION STATEMENT
Pastor's Prayer Circle International (PPCI) is an international, interdenominational Christian body whose main mission is to unite the leaders of the churches, especially pastors to prayer together and work as a team.
OUR GOAL
To build long, strong relationships among the upcoming young pastors and ministers of the Gospel so as to carry out the work of God as a united body of Jesus Christ.
Our aim: We are aiming to impart the unity commanded by Jesus to the Body of Christ to the upcoming young pastors so that the church leadership may stand strong and always overcome.
Focus: It is the desire of PPCI to spread the vision nationally and internationally. We are trusting God to move toward greater achievments and excellence in its calling.
How the vision was born: God gave me a burden to pray for pastors and ministers of the Gospel starting with those in Eldoret in 1995. I obeyed God and continued praying. Then in 1997 I shared the vision. Later in 2003 PPCI was born.
MANDATE
We have a mandate to reach every Church leader with the message of working in unity as Christ coming to take the Church which is united.
OBJECTIVES
To pray together for and with pastors.
To stir up and keep on revivial in our cities, towns, regions and nations.
To encourage and motivate the needy, weak and struggling upcoming pastors.
To stand with pastors and support them in their ministry and calling to achieve much spiritually and in their living standard.
In the purpose of equiping pastors to organize meetings, seminars and conferences to train, equip with vocational skills, inspire, motivate and expose to the new technology for furthering the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, and start income generating activities to support themselves.
To create strong fellowships and mutual interactions among pastors in Eldoret City and beyond, nationally and internationally. To establish a prayer center for prayer conferences and seminars.
To assist upcoming ministers of the Gospel to discover ministerial opportunities where they are as the Holy Spirit guides especially in outreaching the needy slums and the less fortunate groups (like Jua Kali people).
To reach out as a coporate body of Christ to the hurting, suffering street children and orphans, and to teach them the Word of God and to help them to meet their basic needs of food and clothing. There is the need of a coporate home to rehabilitate them so that they may be nurtured properly.
Accomplishment: Through Pastors Prayer Circle International we have seen God touching and bringing pastors together in our meetings, most of them joined when they had been injured, discouraged, frustrated, lacking, hopeless, and in the course of the ministry work, God has healed them and provided for them miraculously.
Challenges: There is an urgent need for finances and materials to organize more meetings to equip pastors and also support them in their needs especially for those who are still establishing churches and para-church ministries. The PPCI being a non-profit making group, it is really in need of willing donars to strengthen the effort made so far.
Founder: Sister Asta is a missionary in Kenya, based in Eldoret City. She has a burden for servants of God. Her heart is to see them achieving much in God's Kingdom, being well equipped, and standing out as leaders of strong character and integrity, who will stir the flock of God to fear God and prepare the current church to meet Jesus on His second coming back. She has been sharing the vision locally and internationally.
